It has a suede wrapped handle and a mallet is included, but may not be the exact one in the photo. These frame drums are deceptively simple. A tiny cute tree frog with big eyes looks upon the world with total confidence

If you open your grip up a bit the shaker becomes more bright sounding and louder

Those 'eyes' became flowers and then some foliage felt appropriate
